Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn was born in the United States. She is most famous for her part as Skyler White on the AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward as well, she was a part of The Practice. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with acting during the Preparatory School she attended before her family moved to Ohio in the late 1970's. Theatre studies were through Northwestern University. A semester was completed at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started her acting career in Chicago-area theatres for a few years. Then she moved to TV and film. Anna's first big part was Arden on Down the Shore. She was in 29 episodes. Following her appearance as a Guest Star in several TV Shows and films, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue in the 1990's She was then given the role of Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. In 2008, she was cast in the role of Skyler on Breaking Bad. In addition, she was a part of the Deadwood film and Sully. Gunn was a part of David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production directed by David Schwimmer. In 2022 the actress also appeared in a series of audio-play podcast titled"Numbered Days. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and eventual end resembles the end of Walter White's life.
